Eyefii’s GDRP Compliance

• People below 18  years of age can not  use the eyefii app or services without parental consent.
• Eyefii only collects email address and device data ( IP address, location, browsing activity) from its users.
• We do not hold credit card, name or address information.
• Customers can delete their data at any time by deactivating the app on their device or through the customer portal.
• We also automatically delete any device data older than 3 months. Customers can use our downloader application to save any data they want to their local storage.
• If the customer wishes to delete their account, they can contact our support team for assistance.
• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered.
• We do not share any personal information with third parties without the user’s consent, except in case of legal requests or to protect our rights and property.
• Our data is not processed, analyzed, mined or profiled by anyone.
